Seeing the potential in the Myrtle Beach - North Myrtle Beach market, Swami Nash started this company with a partner back in 1973. Along the way he has taken over the entire company, built homes and townhouses, grown in size (company size not gurth), weathered several economic storms and started multiple offices along the Grand Strand. The patio homes that now dot the North Myrtle Beach area were originally designed by Swami and many have been built by his partnering with different builders back in the 70's. In 1978, The company saw the benefits of becoming a Century 21® office. Over the years there has been steady growth in the company to the point were now there are over 80 agents covering the beach in three offices, North Myrtle Beach, Myrtle Beach and Surfside Beach. Over the years many of the areas top agents have come from this company. Leading the company into the future is Swami's wife, Nina, and his son Kemp who is not only the Broker in Charge but also has the rental side of the company. With Swami's son Kyle joining the business this past year the entire family is now working to make your real estate experience wonderful and exciting.
